Photography

Photography has always fascinated me. It is half and art, half a science. And being completely clueless about art, a camera, I figured, would be a good way to get in touch with my creative side. The potential high cost of photography kept me away for a long time, but with the prices of digital cameras falling (and more importantly, me going on my first intership), I caved in and bought a Sony DSC-S85 (in April 2003), a self proclaimed entry level 'pro-sumer' camera. I did enough photography with it to understand the basics of exposure control. I felt the need to move up, but a digital SLR/higher end 'pro-sumer' was still out of reach. So I bought a low end, entry level Nikon film SLR (in June 2004). That purchase lasted 2 weeks, as trouble with my car forced me to return it. Unfortunatly, by that time I had already sold the S85. So now I am camera-less, but still very much interested in photography.

I'll still be posting pictures to my galleries, as and when I can. I'm still trying to figure out how to arrange the galleries, so changes will be imminent.
